Legion Phoenix is actually caffeine-free. It’s all-natural and although there is no caffeine in Legion Phoenix, that doesn’t mean there aren’t any stimulants in Phoenix.
Phoenix is great because most fat burners are filled with tons of caffeine and make you feel like your heart is going to explode. Phoenix is different. It helps you lose fat faster in three ways:
- “It increases your metabolic rate.
- It amplifies the power of fat-burning chemicals produced by your body.
- It helps reduce hunger and cravings.”
I go over how exactly these 3 processes work in more detail in my Legion Phoenix Review.
It does all of this (and more) without caffeine. This is great because you can still have your cup of coffee (or 3 or 7) and not be “over-caffeinated.” This means you can also take your pre-workout supplement if you have one.
This still doesn’t mean you should take Phoenix at night. It still does have stimulants that give you some energy so it could interrupt your sleeping patterns. Read this quick article on how and when to take Legion Phoenix.
The specific stimulant that goes into Phoenix is called Synephrine. It works well as a stimulant and an appetite suppressant, which is great for a fat burner and dieting. Here’s also how many calories Phoenix helps you burn each week.
Here’s what Legion says about why there isn’t caffeine in Phoenix:
While Phoenix is a potent fat burner by itself, it was built to work synergistically with caffeine.
Why, then, doesn’t it contain any?
Well, when we were formulating Phoenix, we surveyed thousands of our customers and followers and found that most people prefer to get their caffeine from other sources, such as coffee or pre-workout drinks or both.
Ideally, many said, they could stack our fat burner with caffeine-containing products without dramatically increasing their caffeine intake.
So that’s what we created: A fat burner that’s effective on its own and that you can take with your morning coffee or pre-workout for even faster fat loss, not instead of it.
