MyFitnessPal is what we’ll be using to track and manage all of your food intake. I’ll have full access to make sure you’re:

Tracking your weight loss (or lack thereof) is of the upmost importance. It allows me, as your coach, to make the appropriate adjustments as the weeks go on. This is one non-negotiable if we want to work together.

Workout Sessions

Whether you’re a workout warrior or a newbie, I have to know exactly:

  1. How active you are on a daily basis
  2. How many workouts you do
  3. What type of workouts you do
  4. And more…

With these constant check-ins, you’ll begin to realize how annoying I truly am. As your coach, I plan on being your biggest resource to make sure you’re sticking to the plan at hand. With a little guidance, we can create one hell of a physique.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is IIFYM and What Does It Mean?

IIFYM (Macro diet or flexible dieting as some call it) is a method, or style, of dieting used to improve body composition by tracking your macronutrients (macros). IIFYM stands for “If It Fits Your Macros.”

“If It Fits Your Macros” allows people to lose or gain weight without having to eat clean 100% of the time, and sustain that weight loss enjoyably.

Does IIFYM work?

IIFYM: If it fits your macros works because it follows the scientific laws of energy balance. The method of dieting does not really matter because if you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. This means that you could technically follow any diet for fat loss as long as you are in a calorie deficit.

However, if you want to lose weight, without giving up your favorite foods, then you need to make sure the foods that you love fit your macros. This is why it’s called IIFYM. Your foods or meals are only allowed if it fits in your macros.

How fast can we start the LEAN Coaching Program?

It usually takes 7-10 days to get started. We start with a “discovery” call to talk about your specific goals, dietary restrictions, areas of focus you may have, and more. Once we get through this call and you fill out a questionnaire, I can get started with crafting your custom program.

How do refunds work?

The refund policy is uber-simple: Give me one month and if you’re unhappy with your progress or the experience, we’ll refund you all your money back with no questions asked (maybe a tear or two).
