This creamy low-calorie avocado pasta is for you if you want to satisfy your cravings with some delicious creamy and cheesy pasta but do not want to increase your waistline. Low-calorie avocado creamy pasta is also one of the best economical family meals.

Low Calorie Pasta – Creamy Avocado

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz. ounces Avocado
  • 2 oz./ 56g rolled pasta
  • 1 oz./ 28g/ 1 slice low fat or no fat mozzarella cheese
  • grounded black paper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • coriander powder (1 teaspoon)
  • chili flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 23 leaves of fresh coriander
  • 1 oz. tomato paste
  • 1 oz. onion paste

Instructions

Step 1: Measure the rolled pasta in a cup and boil it in a deep pan with almost 2 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt to it. Boil the pasta for 10 to 12 minutes.

Step 2: During boiling, mash the avocado smoothly with a grinder or any tool available to smash without wasting your time.

Step 3: Check the pasta if it cooks well, then strain it out from the pan and wash it with cold water. It will keep the appearance of pasta précised.

Step 4: Place the pasta in a bowl now, add the chili flakes, black paper, coriander powder, tomato paste, and onion paste and mix it well. Moreover, add the mozzarella cheese and mix it well.

Step 5: The wait is over. It is the last step of this recipe. Add the mixture again to the deep pan and cover it. Place the pan on the stove and low the flame—Cook the pasta for 2 to 3 minutes. Now your delicious weight watcher pasta is ready. Enjoy it with your favorite web series.
