Ingredients
- 3.5 oz. ounces Avocado
- 2 oz./ 56g rolled pasta
- 1 oz./ 28g/ 1 slice low fat or no fat mozzarella cheese
- grounded black paper (1/2 teaspoon)
- coriander powder (1 teaspoon)
- chili flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
- salt (to taste)
- 2–3 leaves of fresh coriander
- 1 oz. tomato paste
- 1 oz. onion paste
Instructions
Step 1: Measure the rolled pasta in a cup and boil it in a deep pan with almost 2 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt to it. Boil the pasta for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 2: During boiling, mash the avocado smoothly with a grinder or any tool available to smash without wasting your time.
