I’m sure you’ve heard about food scales and the importance of using one for tracking calories and macros.
In fact, this whole method is called IIFYM and flexible dieting.
It’s a dieting method. NOT a diet.
You can follow a low-carb or a high-carb diet, and still follow IIFYM.
Again, all you need is a food scale to start tracking your way to fat loss or muscle growth success.
