Here are a few places that I’ve found to have great macros:Note: Not all these macros are pinpoint accurate due to different serving sizes the person gives you.

#1 Panda Expre​​ssPanda Express’s Chicken Teriyaki has a crazy amount of protein.

#2 El Pollo LocoEl Pollo Loco is another place that offers crazy amounts of protein with most of their 2 to 3 piece combos.Personal favorite out of everything on this list: 3 piece combo – 2 Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 Wing.
