If you’re wondering how to start weight training, then you’ve come to the right place.
You see, a lot of people FEAR weight training due to a couple of things:
- Fear of injury
- Fear of looking “dumb” or “foolish”
- Fear of being too weak
- Fear of weights in general
- Feat of not knowing where to even begin (wtf is a deadlift?)
- Lack of motivation to lift weights
All of these things can factor into NOT starting weight training.
Thankfully, there are many ways to begin.
You see, I was once in the same position.
I didn’t WTF I was doing and it showed.
Fortunately, there’s a great book called Bigger Leaner Stronger (for men) by Mike Matthews which changed my life (He also has a women’s version called Thinner Leaner Stronger).
