College is tough and you better believe the freshmen 15 is a severe problem.

As someone who has stayed pretty fit during my time at 3 different colleges, I know a thing or two about staying fit and losing weight in college.

I’ve attended community college, UCLA (living in the dorms), and back to a different CC.

I’m going to be attending SDSU here in the fall so I know what it’s going to take.

In the video below, I am going to show 5 specific tips on how to lose weight in college.

First things first, none of my tips will help you if you don’t already know the basics of nutrition.

By the basics, I mean tracking calories and macros with an app like MyFitnessPal.

If you’re a college freshman, then last thing you want to do is spend all your time at the dining halls or eating out late every night.
