Full Day of Eating Intermittent Fasting Cutting [2300 calories]

Full day of eating macros:

  • 2300 calories,
  • 230g of carbs,
  • 230g of protein,
  • 51g of fat.

Total for the day:

  • 2279 calories,
  • 255g of carbs,
  • 228g of protein,
  • 33g of fat.

Today’s video is showing my full day of eating while intermittent fasting.

I am currently cutting and this video shows how I follow IIFYM if it fits your macros and intermittent fasting to lose weight.

I fasted till about 2 pm which is a 6-hour fast for me and ate a total of 4 meals.

The first 3 meals were around 600-700 calories and the last meal was a small one that was about 300 calories.

I find this works best for me and my schedule and workout routine. Yours may differ!
