One of My Favorite Fat Burning Yoga Routines
As we discussed in yesterday’s email, yoga is better than traditional cardio in most cases.
I think it’s safe to say that doing yoga is a lot more enjoyable than running on a treadmill for an hour.
Yesterday, I also told you that I’ve cut down on the amount of “cardio” I do and replaced 2/4 of my cardio workouts with yoga workouts.
I’d like to share with you, one of those routines.
It’s actually one of my favorite routines for burning fat.
You’ll definitely break a sweat.
If you’re a beginner, you’ll definitely “feel” it.
Before we begin, here are some rules for the workouts:
1. Hold each pose for 5-7 DEEP breaths.
No quick or fast breaths.
I mean DEEP breaths.
It should take you 20-30 seconds (or even longer) for each pose.
2. If you fall over or lose balance, don’t worry.
Just get back up and start over.
I’ve fallen and lost balance a million times.
It’s all part of the process.
You’re not perfect and neither am I.
It’s about progress, not perfection.
3. Repeat all poses for 1-2 more rounds.
Once you’ve reached the last pose, start over until you’ve completed 2-3 rounds in total.
Each round of poses should take roughly 15 minutes.
So, the whole workout is anywhere from 30-45 minutes.
The Fat Burning Yoga Routine
1. Warrior 1 (Left)&
2. Warrior 1 (Right)
3. Downward Facing Dog
4. One-Legged Dog (Left)
5. One-Legged Dog (Right)
6. Sunbird (Left)
7. Sunbird (Right)
11. Upward Facing Dog
13. Warrior 3 (Left)
14. Warrior 3 (Right)
16. Reverse Plank
Repeat all the poses for 2-3 rounds!
Do you want more fat burning yoga workouts like this?
If you answered “YES!” then I highly recommend you checkout Yoga Burn:
Yoga Burn is a 12 week program designed to get you in the best shape possible with fat burning yoga workouts.
I’ve gone through the entire program myself.
I took a video of the purchasing process so I could show you all the upsells you will be offered and which ones to AVOID.
If you want to check out Yoga Burn, click here.
Again, I recommend skipping the monthly plan and the “final phase.”
It’s not really necessary.
I do recommend getting the booty program because it does come with a full nutrition guide and meal plan.
Although the program says it’s for “women,” it’s also great for men.I follow the routines as well. There are no yoga poses only for women and poses only for men. They’re all the same and all provide the same amazing benefits. So, if you’re a man, you can follow the program too.
